Shinta Mani Mustang

Hillside lodge above Jomsom

Shinta Mani Mustang stands on the slope above Jomsom, looking straight to the Nilgiri range and the Kali Gandaki valley. Built from local stone and wood, with Tibetan-inspired details and Bill Bensley’s design, it feels more like a contemporary mountain house than a standard lodge. The 29 suites are all front-facing, with floor-to-ceiling windows and cosy living areas that stay warm even on cold Mustang evenings.
