How We Work
You have found a trip that interests you. You are wondering what happens next. Here is how we turn your interest into a journey across the Himalayas, from your first message to the moment a guide places a garland around your neck at the airport.
STEP 1
Tell Us What You Want
Send us an inquiry via any package page, the Plan Your Trip form, or WhatsApp. Tell us the basics: how many people, what dates, how many days, which countries interest you, and anything that matters to you. First time in the Himalayas or returning?
Celebrating something? Traveling with children or parents? Want a physical challenge or a cultural immersion? The more you tell us, the sharper the proposal. If you are not sure what you want, that is fine too. Tell us how you want to feel, and we will suggest the route.
STEP 2
We Send You a Personalized Proposal Within 48 Hours
Not a generic brochure. A trip built around what you told us. Day by day. Named hotels with photographs. Named experiences. Clear pricing: what is included, what is not, and the total. If the trip spans multiple countries, every visa requirement, every permit timeline, and every internal flight is mapped out. If you asked for Nepal and Bhutan, the proposal covers both.
If you want Tibet added, we include the permit processing schedule so you know exactly when to provide your passport. The proposal is a working document. It is the starting point for the next conversation.
STEP 3
You Review, We Adjust
Read the proposal. Change anything. Swap a hotel. Add a day. Drop an activity. Replace Chitwan with Bardia. Add a helicopter. Remove a helicopter. Move the Tiger's Nest hike from the last day to the first day. Add Bhutan to a Nepal-only trip.
Shorten Tibet from five days to three. Every adjustment is free. There is no limit on revisions. We send updated proposals until the trip matches exactly what you want. Most clients finalize in 2-3 rounds. Some take one. Some take six. The trip is not confirmed until you say it is right.
STEP 4
Confirm with a 30% Deposit
Once the proposal is final, you confirm with a 30% deposit. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. The deposit secures your dates, hotels, guides, vehicles, and internal flights. We begin booking immediately. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before departure.
For Bhutan, the Sustainable Development Fee ($100/night/person) is paid in advance as part of your e-visa application. For Tibet, your passport may need to be submitted to the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu 5 days before your departure for Tibet. We manage all of this and keep you informed at every step.
STEP 5
We Handle Everything
Visas. Permits. Flights. Hotels. Guides. Vehicles. Airport transfers. Restaurant reservations. Monastery access. Festival tickets. Dietary briefings to every kitchen. Luggage logistics between cities. Emergency contacts. Travel insurance guidance.
A pre-departure briefing document with packing advice, cultural etiquette, altitude tips, and day-by-day weather expectations. You receive a single WhatsApp group with your trip coordinator. Every question answered within hours, usually minutes. By the time you board your flight to Kathmandu, every detail is confirmed, and every person in the chain knows your name.
STEP 6
You Arrive. We Are There.
Your guide meets you at arrivals with a name board and a garland. The car is waiting. The hotel knows your room preference, your dietary requirements, and your arrival time. Your itinerary is printed and in the vehicle. From this moment until your departure, you do not think about logistics. You do not navigate.
You do not negotiate. You do not queue. You do not wonder what happens next. Your guide handles every transition, every ticket, every monastery protocol, every meal, every drive. You focus on the experience. We focus on everything else.
Why Book With Us
We have been building luxury journeys across Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan for over 15 years. We are based in Kathmandu. We are not a booking platform. We are not a marketplace. We do not subcontract your trip to another operator. Your Nepal guide works for us. Your Tibetan guide has been our partner for 12 years. Your Bhutanese guide has been our partner for 8 years. One team. One point of contact. Three countries. TAAN registered. Nepal Tourism Board member. NMA member.
The companies that charge 30-40% more than us for the same destinations use operators like us to deliver the trip. When you book directly with us, you get the same guides, hotels, and experiences without the middleman markup. The difference is not quality. The difference is who keeps the margin.
