The Best of Bhutan Tour is the complete journey through the last Himalayan kingdom. Fourteen days take you across six distinct valleys — Paro, Thimphu, Punakha, Gangtey, Bumthang, and back. You walk through ancient dzongs, meet artisans preserving centuries-old crafts, and experience the living Himalayan Buddhist culture that shapes every corner of Bhutanese life.

Begin in Paro with the National Museum and Rinpung Dzong. Drive to Thimphu, the capital, rooted in the philosophy of Gross National Happiness. Cross the Dochu La Pass into the subtropical Punakha Valley and visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers.

Continue to the glacial valley of Gangtey, winter home of the black-necked cranes. Reach the spiritual heartland of Bumthang for sacred temples and cottage industries. Fly back to Paro and conclude with the pilgrimage hike to the Tiger's Nest.
