Badri Aryal is the founder of Alpine Luxury Treks and the voice behind most of what you read here. He grew up in the shadow of the Himalaya and has spent years walking its trails across Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India — the high passes, the quiet monasteries, the tea houses where a good conversation lasts longer than the meal. He writes because the mountains are worth writing about, and because the people who visit them deserve more than a brochure. When he isn't guiding or planning a client's journey, he's usually on the road himself, notebook in hand.
